New Windows user PCS7 OS Client: No pictures found

Hi, When we use the administration user, from the operation stations (clients) we can access the runtime, everything works without problem. We proceeded to create a user with less privileges so that operators could not modify system options. This user was created in all the stations (clients, servers, engineering station) and has the same privileges, the same password in each station, the same permissions, however it does not show me the WinCC graphical application. At the moment I have reassigned the server to my client from simatic manager, I downloaded to the client's folder, I modified the permissions of the folder (it became available to everyone) and the problem persists. In Local User And Groups, the user was added to be part of : Backups operators, Logon administrator, power user, Remote desktop user, Simatic HMI, Simatic Management Users, users, however, before it was only part of Simatic HMI, Simatic Management Users, users, but it didn't work either. As I mentioned, users at all stations agree on their settings, passwords and username, which is why I come to you for help.
