when I want install wincc 7.4 on windows 10 during installing wincc runtime It shows this error

I'm on this error. I use win10pro 64bits and turn off firewall, virus scan.

With this error, when installation is finished, WinCCRT can not connect with PLC.

I used wincc7.4 downloaded in 2017, I kept it good before.

Could U hepl me some advices?

Hi,

What is the build of your operating system? Is it released for your version of WinCC/PCS7? You can use this tool to check if you want.

Are you running the installer from the installation DVDs you receive when ordering the software?

Any antivirus installed and enabled on this PC?

Honestly I use win 10 pro and suggested OS for pcs7 v9.0 is win 10 Enterprise 2015.

But now simatic managaer and other softwares works correctly, just wincc doesn't work.
