Hello all, I am having difficulties getting any tags and alarms logging in PH. I am using v10 with update collection 2 installed on OS Servers and the PH (all components match versions). I have some tags set as Long-term archiving, and have done full OS compile (with memory reset), and download to both servers. I can see in the OS project directory that ProcessHistorian.cfg has been downloaded from the ES. PH is started first, and is Active before I start up the OS (letting one activate first, before starting up the OS_Standby), and then wait for both servers to synchronize. On PH Management Console i can see that 2 ‘clients’ are connected as Sources, in the Plant Structure tab I can see that my Multi Project name has been transferred over to the PH, and shows the computer names of the redundant server pair, in Data Sources tab I can see Last Lifebeat is changing regularly, and the Last alarm configuration / Last process value configuration time being correct for when the OS were activated. But no Stored Values / Stored Messages are arriving from the OS. On the OS Servers I can see that CCCAPHServer is Running, and is set to Log On As same user name as PH account. But on the OS Servers when I check the Message Queuing - Outgoing Queues there are no queues created at all, so I think this is causing the problem. I have noticed that after the full download to the Servers the ProcessHistorian.cfg is being overwritten when I open the WinCC Project on the servers. When I check the file on the ES it is ~16kb (and contains numerous configuration details), but after the opening the project is only ~2kb (and now missing all the original configuration details).
Firstly is the resetting of the ProcessHistorian.cfg when I open the project to be expected, or is something wrong with this?
And can anyone help me understand why no connections are being created in the Message Queue - Outgoing Queue?
