Hi, The trial license is automatically installed during installation of PCS7. When you open the Simatic Manager, you are asked if your want to activate the trial license. It's valid for 14 days. |

I can't find the installation file page on the Siemens website, it only searches for "service pack" files. |

When PCS7 is installed and you activate the software for the first time, you can activate the trial license which is valid for 14 days. The software media must be purchased. And correct, only updates can be downloaded. You need the base version in order to update. |
