Good afternoon,

I'm trying to install an HSP (HSP_V20_0465_001_S71200G2_Phase2_1.0) on TIA Portal V20, but I'm getting the message “The installation was aborted with errors. The tia portal can now be started again" on the HSP Support Package Installation window.

I have already tried different HSP packages on TIA V16 and V20, using both my laptop (TIA V20) and another PC (TIA V20 upd3), and connected as user and admin, but none of these worked.

I'm using Windows 11 Pro, version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4946).

I have also attached the latest logfile created in case it helps. This logfile is from the last trial using TIA V20 as administrator.

Hello,

For me it helped to run TIA as administrator. Not only be logged to Windows as admin account but rightclick and “Run as administrator”. After that it installed HSP. I have Win 11 Pro 24H2 too.
