I am faced with a rebus I can not solve.

There is a system consisting of CPU 416-2 DP; Profibus network; one SICK scanner and 15 connectivity boxes to connect MP277.

First step -plug-inMP (without battery on board) into conn. box. Program runs and I see right overview screen; PLC 'number' which I sent to the MP; coordination bit in the VAT table which I get from MP.

Second step - disconnect MP (without battery on board) from one conn. box and connect to the another one. Program runs I see that what I saw in the first step.

Now I am repeat the same steps with battery on board. First step is going well however second step does not work. I see the overview screen from previous connection, I see # instead of PLC 'number', I did not get coordination bit from MP which means there is no connection between PLC and MP.

Has anyone been faced with similar spells and knows exactly what I have to do.

Besides there is another system consisting of S7-300 family CPU; own Profibus network; own MP277 and it works. Software in both PLC's areidentically. Differ only in the MP's overview screens, tags. MP settings are the same for both systems.
