TIA V10.5 SP2 and strange internal error?

Alfa Posts: 24 Rating: (1)	Hello, I have a project where is KTP600 PN mono+S7-1214 CPU and everything is fine. If i add new panel KTP600 PN Color and copy KTP600mono HMI tags to it, it gives internal error: ,Internal ERROR (detail: Error accessing value of property 'Siemens.Simatic.Hmi.Utah.Tag.HmiTag.AddressCategoriesAndValues'.).,1,0,12:16:31 PM So what i have doing wrong? I want to add color panel to my project and copy "old" mono panel tags+screens in it.

Alfa Posts: 24 Rating: (1)	I downloaded and installed TIA SP 2 update 1. Didn´t helped. TIA is still giving me same internal error. Rebuild all didn´t helped either. Internal errors comes when i "move" KTP600 mono tags from the library to the empty KTP600color project. I have 428 configured tags in my project.

Denilson Pegaia Diamond Expert Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 1/16/2026 Posts: 4449 Rating: (1487)	Hi, in this case, we have two hypothesis: 1 – STEP 7 bug2 – User program corrupted or some peculiarity of the data.To test the hypothesis 2, I suggest you make a small library, just with1 tag and test with this one. If works, repeat with 2 tags, 4,8 16,32…until to reproduce the problem. If the problem stays in one specific tag, then you can identify it, and look for something different of the others.If the hypothesis 2 doesn’t match, rests hypothesis 1. In this case, I suggest open a service request on the customer support.

Alfa Posts: 24 Rating: (1)	Problem solved. I did what Pegaia suggested. There was 6 corrupted tags. I removed them and made them again. FYI: All the corrupted tags was "DB-tags".
