Lightsource Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	We recently had a interuption in our 480 volt supply and after that occurance we have a erro on our milling machine. Axis SP Drive Fault 25201... the spindle will not get up to speed with this fault. any infor would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Reg

Please check your PLC logis & try to reset emergency, check NC, IR module status for healthiness & then try to move or turn spindle. Best luck.

List Posts: 664 Rating: (17)	Hai Lightsource, Try to upload the PLC backup using SIMATIC MANGER. The signals for Emergency,Drives etc, will get from DOCon CD Manual. Search it on PLC logic,Monitor the variable.. Thanks &Regards, Raj

Lightsource Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	We sold the machine thank god for that. It was a total money pit from day one have spent over 30K in repairs in 8 years and it only runs one shift 8 hours a day. Bought it brand new last hardinge/siemens controler that will ever be in this shop...........
