Hi,

I need to configure a CP544B to work with Modbus, but in the COM PP I am unable to locate the file .544 from the C drive of the PG.

I am using:

S5 version 7.23

COM PP version 3.0

Windows XP for S5

I have copied the special driver mask file S5PE3QA4.544 from the original 3.5" Floppy onto the C Drive for the PG using the File->DOS File->Copy in STEP 5.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

did you copy the .544 file in the directory where also COMPP is located? This is required.

You must choose the .544 file in that language which you use with STEP5..
