Exists any functionality or service available in Logosoft Confort to upload a program to LOGO PLC from another system? i mean, i need to build an application to upload an user program to LOGO PLC and i want to know if Logosoft Confort has a service, command line tool or another functionality to comunicate my application with LOGO PLC and upload a program file.

Garco probably asks for possibility to upload logosoft file to device without mouse or keyboard actions, from command line.I missed this option too.For example something like this:

LOGOSoftComfort.exe  --address=192.168.0.1 -upload=MyFile.lsc

Starts logosoft, reads file, uploads this to device and exits (with errorlevel, signalling for success/error status). Best if this can be done without starting graphical UI at all. Under linux many utilities can  be started with command line options and reporting operation progress on same console (in text mode).

 No. Siemens won't release this kind of information. Only Logosoft (it will be Comfort!able, if there be possibility upload/download/start/stop from command line added). Sad to say, don't expect this. Siemens doesn't care, can't even fix known Logo firmware and software bugs over a year.

 I think command line may not able to communicate with logo because of transfering password.

 Password protection for LSC is new feature, only versions 8.2 and 8.3 support this and not required to be set in access control.

Second: adding password from command line not problem too, if there is only wish to develop it.

That's not correct.

Password for LSC access has only the LOGO! 8.3. 

 Ok, i don't have 8.2 at hands for moment here.

Anyway, password protection from LSC side is new feature and not required to be set.

To be honest, the thought of my system being completely erased by an external command line would scare me. The fact that such systems can only be accessed with a special program makes sense for controllers.

 What's the difference? Logosoft command line options doesn't make Logosoft something other than still "special program for controller". Is possibility to upload program or stop LOGO from command line more dangerous than same with mouse or keyboard shortcut via GUI? I doubt.
