After this happened i have 4065 Buffered memory Alarm. I Read in data class Archive again and 4065 alarm Remove, but when sinumerik go Power OFF & ON 4065 Alarm Back again Is there any way Save data class Archive after power OFF & ON ?? Hello, Siagnificance of this alarm is - during ramp up of controller inconsistancy in data is detected (in SRAM data) i.e. NC & PLC user data. User need to reload/restore NC/PLC data to clear this message. But before it I suggest you to replace battery inside PPU to avoid this problem/message. HTH

The data is not stored in SRAM but in NVRAM, therefor there is no need for a battery. I had this happen to me recently on a new PPU during commissioning I do not know, why or how it happened, but restoring the last .ard fixed the problem.
