I think that Windows is having a problem. Someone knows how I can change my Windows. I will fix it and if possible, let me know about Windows download link Thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Problem on TP 700 comfort panel.

When i want to enter ip, what's the ip when we do not have an ip if the Ethernet port does not work. And the firmware update requires a connection between the computer and the panel. I ask you and the Siemens team to check this out and provide us with a solution, such as the 377 mp that has a problem and you have provided a great pdf to fix this problem. with the best wishes

(It could be the address you think the panel has) When you have selected the option 'Reset to factory settings' you should have to enter the MAC Address of the panel. Best regards, Wizard

After inserting an SD card in the Data slot, the screen went black with a blinking white line, I could not recover it with Prosave with the MAC, since it waits for the system to start to establish the connection, you have been able to solve something ? or do you know the reason why this happened? thanks in advanced!

After about five minutes, there is a flashing white dash on a black screen. I tried to do the factory reset with Prosafe, but nothing to do, it can't communicate with any type of ethernet cable, I followed all the procedures, but nothing to do. I searched online with Tiaportal V15, via miniusb, I find the panel as an accessible node but it won't let me do anything. You can help me? thank you
