TP900 HMI comfort panel stuck on the initial siemens logo

hi, I have my TP900 HMI comfort panel stuck on the initial siemens logo and it loads continuously. After about five minutes, there is a flashing white dash on a black screen. I tried to do the factory reset with Prosafe, but nothing to do, it can't communicate with any type of ethernet cable, I followed all the procedures, but nothing to do. I searched online with Tiaportal V15, via miniusb, I find the panel as an accessible node but it won't let me do anything.
