I am trying to connect two ET200M(IM153) with the CPU 416-3 PN/DP. I got the error "Module configured but not available" in both the IMs.

It is able to connect with CPU 416-3 PN/DP while connecting with an individual IM in a separate program. (Please find the attachment for the errors). Please give some suggestions to solve this problem.

zip screenshots to see ET200M cfg because from screenshot is clear you step to not correct address of data. Problem can be also not correct ET200M cfg or wrong HW catalogue section selection of ET200M, simply you need add ET200M depended to your connection type - Profibus/Profinet. I forget mention about possibility of DIP switches on ET200M maybe, so correct set of Slave address is mandatory, also in Step7 due DIP switch values.
