pulse encoder show

When I am online in the PLC program, when I monitor the pulses from the encoder, I noticed if the encoder rotates at a higher speed, it does not show me all the pulse numbers. Eg. shows 50, 80, 125, 200 (number of pulses), etc. The faster the encoder rotates, the greater the distance between the numbers it shows. I need him to show me all the numbers
