WinCC not communicating over Broadcom Gigabyte Ethernet Card

In this system there are two Broadcom Gigabyte Ethernet Card installed. We try to communicate WinCC from this system through Industrial Ethernet. For this we have given the required MAC address of the CP and slot position of CPU has been given as required. We have selected the particular card in the System Parameter. The problem exist. However if we install Simatic Manager and configure PC Station then we can able to communicate with the PLC. Again if we uninstall WinCC as well as Simatic Manager and reinstall WinCC only, the problem of not communication exist. Can anybody help me regarding this? We are using WinCC V6.2.

BadBit Posts: 125 Rating: (26)	Hi, further Tips: Open the Simatic Shell and choose the correct Network-Card for the Terminal - bus. It must be marked blue. ("My Computer > Simatic Shell", rightklick on Simatic Shell > properties..) Then in your WinCC - Connection (Tag Management - SIMATIC S7 PROTOCOL SUITE) Make a right-klick on the "Industrial Ethernet" - entry and choose "System Parameter". In tab "Unity" make sure the logical device name is your correct ethernet card.
