Dear Experts,

We are facing trend problem with PCS7 v9.0 SP2 and CEMAT v9.0 SP1. When ever I am trying to right click on unit of analog measure value to plot trends runtime automatically scaled to smaller size and then I have to deactivate and activate runtime to fix the issue. I am facing this problem in OS and Servers. ES is working Fine. Kindly check attached Picture for reference

Which version of WinCC update are you using? If i understood right, this issue is happening when you are trying to open AOTC trend control? 

What is the behavior when you are trying this with other non-CEMAT block (if any) in your project?

I am using Wincc V7.4 + SP1 + Upd 10. This is only happening when I am trying to plot trend of C_MEASUR values by right clicking on unit of  analog value. Check video attachment.

This does look like a product issue. The best solution in this case would be to raise a Technical support request and this will help you to get your product installations and project reviewed by Siemens support.
