I have a s7-1200PLC + 6ES7231-4HD32-0XB0. I want to connect a  SITRANS Probe LU240 with mA/HART ( 7ML5110-1DF07-4AF3). Does it works ? Or should i also take an et200sp + hart AI?

Hello.

Do you need only the analog signal or do you want the HART communications also? If you are only concerned about the analog: Use a SM card to read the 4 - 20mA analog. 

If you wish to have access to what HART offers, you will need hardware that is not native to the S7-1200. See:
