Hi Team, I´m commissioning a retrofit on a Lathe Takisawa with a Sinumerik 808D. We did the electrical installations in the same way that the Manual describes. On the other hand, I connect the original Drives to the ports X51/X53, considering the pin out of these drivers. I verified the Ready signal (pin 14 port X51/53) and when the Drives is ok this Pin receives a High level +24Vcc. I understand that this is ok. The problem that I have is , even if this pin (pin 14 from X51/X53) is high, the Sinumerik has an error message indicated that the Axis are not enable.Error message (Wait, Axis Enable Missing) Something curious that I have no answer. I could see on the electrical manual that the +24Vcc and M24 only can be used if the +24vcc and M24 is connected on the X200 interface. I´ve checked this and even if the X200 is not connected, the X51 and X53 ports have +24vcc on the Pins 5, 8 and 12. Is that a correct behavior? Any idea to check if another signal is missing? I Attached a file with some pictures for a better understanding. Thanks for your help ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ AttachmentMensaje Error Sinumerik 808D_EN.pdf (282 Downloads) |

Hello, Predefined subroutine 40 is available in 88D system which monitors axis hardware limits, reference cam signals, which control's axis drive pulse & controller enable signals. So use need to configure this subrotine PLC logic which in turns release drive ready signal to controller. In absense of this signal, controller blocks drive & wait axis enble signal missing message is displayed. So please check if sub-routine 40 is pfoperly configured & written in PLC logic. Please refer attached sheet for detail information of subroutine 40. HTH Attachment808D drive enable.pdf (294 Downloads) |
