I have a problem with CNC vertical Turning using Power Line where the Spindle/Table axis becomes come out with alarm 21612 and the infeed module not ready. The LED infeed number 6 become RED (that meaning Over Voltage). when the operator reduces speed using override knob eg. from 100% to 80 % or press Stop Spindle. Before this machine had issue infeed faulty and change a new one. This happens after change the new infeed. 

May i know what the problem,  the new infeed faulty?

Alarm 21612 is meaning axis enable missing .

This mean some problem consist electrical or mechanical exists. So if you sure after replacing infeed drive this problem happened , obviously new infeed drive have problem and maybe was been stoke.
