I did all instruccions about recovery basic panels 2 generation but didn't works for me.

What type of usb stick you used, brand? and is posibble doesn't work because actually HMI have the image version 13.0?

 Did you follow ALL of the instructions? There are limitations what kind of USB stick you can use. There's also a requirement for the filesystem of the USB stick.

I have founded this information that may be helpful for you.

• The USB stick have to be provided in FAT32 format.
• The USB stick have to be provided with USB version 2.0 or lower.
• The HMI device image file must be provided with Version V14.

So, i think your problem is because of the version.

 TIA portal version doesn't need to be V14, it can be others as well.
