Hello,

I have to do backup of OP27 panel. I have got Prosave software  and cable to connect.

Backup of recipes executed successfully. During backup of Firmware/configuration I always face the isuue; "General communication error". Notebook is not in battery mode.

It happening in the half of backup progress.

Panel  stops always in the same step : ReadTel: 84000, Init Transfer 0,

Picture are attached.

I have tried  already without success:

- direct serial Port (without usb-rs232 adapter) and with usb-rs232 adapter

- different comunnication speed

Please could you help me somebody to fix it?

Thank you Murof,

But I did try everything.

Is obvious that serial communication itself is OK, because Saving stops in middle. Please read my first post.

I am open to another suggestions...
