G120 just forward with macro 3

Pmorellato Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi guys! I'm freshman working with Siemens and I'm having some problems to comissioning of a Crane. My problem is: I have an application to run forward and reverse with reduction of speed in a sensor. I was using the Macro 1 and its was running almost good, because when de crane touches the sensor, my speed reference reduce for 1000rpm, but stops. I need to press the button again to keep running, but now, with the right speed referente (1000 rpm). When i tried with the Macro 3, I didnt have problems with the reduction of speed, but i can't run the crane to forward and reverse, just forward, same I putting the negative reference in 1001 and 1005. DI0 - forward DI1 - reverse DI4 - Sensor of reduction P15 (Macro 3), P1000 (3), P1001 (-1000), P1002 (1000), P1005(-3000), P1006(3000), P1016(2), P1020(r722.0), P1021(r722.1), P1022(r722.4) this is the main parameters used to macro 3, but just running forward and never reverse. Someone can help me with this application? I need to running this crane for the both sides. thank you.

DI0 is used for the selection of fixed speed setpoing 1 and the ON/OFF1 signal. So even when you change p1016 to “binary” (p1016=2) the On/Off1 command is still connected to DI0 and as soon as DI0 “direction forward” is becoming 0 the drive stops. The difference of “direct” and “binary” selection of the fixed speed setpoint is shown in chapter 8.17.5 of the CU240E-2 operating instruction manual https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109782865 Depending on the requirement and the availability of signals for forward and backward there are several options: If you want two different inputs to start the drive in forward and backward direction the 2 wire control is most likely the easiest way. This is also used by macro 1. For more information see chapter 8.5 of the CU240E-2 operation instruction manual If you want to have a single digital input two turn on the drive and another one to revers the direction you are using p1113 with the corresponding digital input for setpoint reversal. This principle is used on macro 12. You can find the different macros in chapter 4.6.8 of the CU240E-2 operating instruction manual.
