When the WinСС server is running (WinCC 7.0, SP3), there is a loss of information in clients (irregular, about once every two months), while there is data on the server, everything is fine with the network connection. It looks like WinCC Explorer hangs.

I'm new to working with WinCC, in the Diagnos folder in the PMDiagnose file (attached the archive) I found several suspicious messages suitable for the hang time like this:

May I ask if you use Remote Desktop to connect to your server? If so, is the server freezing a while after disconnecting the session?

I am using remote access to the server, but the problem does not necessarily appear when disconnected from it. This also happened at 2 o'clock at night, etc. when exactly no one connected / disconnected.

It is WinСС Explorer that hangs, runtime on the server continues to work, there is data from the controller. Clients lose data at this point. Now I'm trying to turn off the explorer after editing, leave only runtime. But the source of the hang is still not clear.

I meant freezing of the WinCC-server might happen within a few hours after disconnecting remote access.

No, this is not related to remote access, there is no correlation. As it became clear now, everything starts with the disappearance of trends (both on the client and on the server), the following messages appear in the WinCC_Sys_XX diagnostic file:
