WinCC - PLC connection through internet

I want to connect them to my WinCC project. I create in Tag Management three different connections, but I don't know how to reference each PLC. It should be like: 10.234.55.8:PLC1_Port for PLC1; 10.234.55.8:PLC2_Port for PLC2; 10.234.55.8:PLC3_Port for PLC3, but WinCC cannot connect to the PLC in IP:Port format.
