Hi all, 

I'm hoping you can help me. I can imagine that there is a fairly simple solution for this, but I'm not sure what the best way is. This is on a S7-300 PLC using Simatic Manager V5.6

To cut a long story short, I receive "actual" data from a device, and I populate a struct in a DB with this actual data. I then wish to store this data in a specific struct in a DB, depending on what information I get.

e.g:

Actual Read Value:  

Point:7

Measurement1: XXX mm

Measurement2: XXX mm

-------

If Point is 7, I want to move the Measurement values to struct 7 in my DB to store the values of point 7

and so on... attempting to create an updating "database" of values for each point in a DB.

I know i could accomplish this with a comparitor of the point number and a BLKMOV, but I have over 500 possible points... So doing it this way is long and messy. What would be the most simple solution? The programming standard for the factory is to use FBD, but I can use STL if needed.
