Dear Experts,

I have a project with subject "implement volume predictive control in plc siemens".

According to the characteristics of the storage tank in each level is specified volume value.  is possible to program matrix or special formula in STEP 7 or suggest another way to implement  volume predictive in PLC?

According to the attached table, please note that I have 1490 level points.

Everything is possible. And be sure that for any problem, there is not a unique solution.

For your issue, the best-case scenario is to try to find the equation between height and volume. And write this equation in the PLC. That will make your work easier.
