Simatic Logon in redundancy

I use Simatic Logon in my project and all users and groups all placed on the current Windows server. All clients take the credentials from it. What to do now when I have two servers, and Simatic Logon can use only one computer to look credentials for? Is the Domain server the only solution?

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello banconi, yes, if you have a domain, to use the domain controlers for authentication is the best soulution. Usually you have a least two domain controlers, this is a kind of redundancy. If you use an other computer, the Simatic Logon does not longer work, if this computer is not available. In Simatic Logon you can not define a secondary authentication-computer. Regards Georg Berghof
