A Siemens KTP400 Basic Panel can manage 4 connections to 4 LOGO!.

Where is that information on the limitations?
I cannot find it after 2 days of reading through technical datasheets
Is it a Modbus or  Profinet or communication protocol limitation

What would the answer be here, you have offered no alternative.

1) Upgrade HMI to Comfort version?

2) Use S7-1200 or similar full PLC to gather information from LOGO

3) Skip LOGO altogether ?

4) Use Open Architecture solution?
