Hi. I have a plant with pcs7 (s7 400h) with two servers & 4 clients & one opc server

customer want to see some process tags through internet

i don't have a license for webserver so i want help for that is there another way??

i have a plc s7 1200 connected through profibus. my guess is to install a cp 1242-7 gprs module and receive some tags and connect to internet.

one of my friends said that i create a page in wincc and share the runtime graphic i mean share the monitor of one client with KVM with another PC and through this PC I connect to internet

Is there a simpler way for this purpose?

you could access per remote to a WinC-Client.

you do not need an additional license for wincc
in this case.
But the runtime can be operatet local and from
remote at the same time.
If an local operator switch a picture, it is
switched at the remote site to, and vice versa.

You also aware, the best is webserver

Web server it is not interrupt existing client usage unless the client been shared thru vnc is not been used or unlikely to be used.

By sharing thru vnc there is possibility on accidentally control the process parameter unless you take a precautious by sharing the client with default user login.
