Cannot install higher version of WEB navigator client

I tried to download installation files from download area as described in this FAQ https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/qa/en/view/88195784 but I still get this error. I have WEB navigator client version 7.4.20.10, Advanced Basic Control wants 7.4.1.17 or higher. Logically version must be OK, but it isn't. I cannot install it. What version of WinCC Web Navigator Client do you currently have installed? You can see it in the application '- Inst. Software', inside the Siemens Automation folder. What operating system does the PC used have? You can see it through the 'winver' command.
