My application is: Server01 (Master) and Server02 (Standby) - Redundancy Today server01 stopped and a popup appear "AppCrash". I dont have idea about this. bg2492 Diamond Member Joined: 5/16/2014 Last visit: 9/12/2022 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello Douglas Pinheiro, I recommend to install at first the actual Update 15 for WinCC V7.2. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109762887 If you would have the same problem with Update 15 too, you should create a manual userdump from the process "WinCCExplorer.exe" via Taskmanager. see FAQ: "How do you create a memory dump for diagnostics purposes in WinCC and PCS 7?" https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/45020870 Then create a Service Request an send the userdump to the Technical Support of Siemens.
