We have SIPLUS S7-1500 PLC (6AG1511-0AK02-2AB0) V2.8.3 while downloading to the CPU using TIA Portal 16.1 we are facing an internal error 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF02. The hardware config is downloaded to the PLC but the software downloading is interrupted by the following error. Also, there is a warning showing the difference in target and configured module even though we are  using the same module no

Following steps implemented already

1) PLC has been reseted

2) Tried using diff software version 15.1

Please advise us with a solution since the error is stating to contact Siemens Support.
