S 120 Alarm A05000

Semnikolaich Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi everybody. There are several sequential drives of the S 120, synchronized in speed with each other. The load on them is distributed evenly.At a certain speed, the temperature on all radiators is the same, but if you make the speed less, then one of the drives starts to heat up and gives an alarm signal A0500. Why does the temperature rise at a lower load ?

PISCEAN 2010 Posts: 8092 Rating: (884)	Please monitor load of specific drive. It could be that only this specific drive is loading which causes temp rise. Also check, motor connection, power connection at drive, motor IR value etc. etc. Pleaase check all the points which could draw more current/load the drive. Please check the mechanics in case if it is coulped individual to drive/motor.

Semnikolaich Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	The story was continued. It was found, that the radiator fans stop during operation. Moreover, if you supply them with an external power supply of 24 V, they work normally. Why does the drive stop the fan?

Problem can be : Fan is defective and needs to be replaced (99.99% of cases) SMD component driving the fan is defective, so unless you are a wizard of electronic, you must change the S120 (0.01 % of cases)
