Hi, I have some troubles with MODBUS RTU communication PLC (224XP) -> Digidrive SK. All parameters are normally correctly configured but I have still no responce from slave. I think the serial cable is not right connected. Do I need to use terminator resistors with point to point communication? Is twisted pair wiring really necessary? for the pin connection I used: F-drive (RJ45connection) PLC (D-shell 9pin) ---------- --------- pin2: RXTX (EIA485 +) -----> pin3: RS-485 signal A pin7: RX\TX\ (EIA485 -) ------> pin8: RS-485 signal B ground -------> ground could somebody help me please tnx Thomas Attachmentcommunicatie RS485.pdf (347 Downloads) |
