Hello bg2492, I would like to add an addition to your point 2, since I think it can be very helpful to many other people. The UTF-8 coding is not only activated by a Windows Feature update, DELL for example delivers many of their new PC's installed with Windows 10 where this function is activated by default! Additionally the issue is also appearing for SQL Server 2016 and SQL Server 2016 Express (WinCC Client Installation). Maybe this can be updated in the https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109767327 as well since it would have helped me a lot. Thanks, BR MAB_cc |
