I have a S120 Drive 6SL3120-1TE26-0AC0 with an external

Sensor Module SMC206SL3055-0AA00-5BA3

I was wondering if the SMC sensor module for the encoder is plug and play replacement or does it hold a configuration or something and need to be programmed. Basically I want to swap it with a similar axis and see if problem follows to a different drive. This machine has 14 SMC20's so it would be a simple way to check

You can set p9906 = 2 so that while interchanging SMC unit topology warning/ error will not be displayed.
