OB1>NW2> CALL FC25

Is it possible to choose which FC is monitored?

monitoring FB is possible using the following thread:

However, i do not find a solution for FCs called in the same block.

This option seems to need requirements.

This option is sometimes there, sometimes not (see picture attach).
From my testing, the option seems to appear when a FB is used in the OB1.

This is why I was looking into the official "call environment of the Block" Dialog, where I didn't find any solution.

Following your advice, I did some tests.

In my case, the test mode is chosen in the HW Config (s7-300). Meaning I cannot change the mode from the LAD/STL/FBD editor.

Hoping this will help others, here is some information:

How Step 7 Behave:

Open OB1 => Monitor => Right click on the Called FC => It is not possible to monitor with called up path
Open OB1 => Load OB => Monitor => Right click on the Called FC => It is possible to monitor with called up path
Open OB1 => Click Open Offline/Online Partner => Monitor => Right click on the Called FC => It is possible to monitor with called up path

This last option is really interesting, it gives you the ability to get the option, without any modification/load.

 Explanation:

You need to be REALLY online to get the option. To understand this, please see the attached picture.

While using the Options>CompareOn-/Offline Partners: you can see two identical OB1 being opened. On the "Offline version", you cannot monitor with called up path. On the "Online Version", you can.
