Redundancy problem

I am having two problems: 1) in the wincc diagnosis folder I need to disable communication errors with devices because they are filling up the log of the WinccSys.log file 2) I have a Wincc 7.5 system with a redundant client server topology and I am losing redundancy. I have an engineering machine from which I download the wincc project to the two servers, once the project is downloaded to both servers, the system remains in redundancy, but it is not maintained in redundancy for more than 24 hours in redundancy. @RedundantServerState goes from value 2 to 3 at the time of reviewing the WinccSys.log the file is full of connection errors with some modbus equipment ... How can I ensure that the log is not filled with connection errors, which at this moment is not of much importance since I know that it is an error in the network with those computers. Is there a way to know why I am losing redundancy?

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello c_khouri, If the value of tag @RedundantServerState goes to 3, the WinCC has a FAULT-State. You should check the event-logs of the Windows-OS, if eventually one application crashes. If you could not find a solution, you may use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC) - formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect diagnostics and system information from the Computers. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/65976201 Then create a Servicerequest, and send the data to the Technical Support of Siemens. I have not yet been able to install the sas dc because the IT department has not been able to install NETFRAMEWORK 3.5 ... However, checking the windows logs I found some errors ... I understand that SQL is running out of memory resources ... I am going to modify it so that it has more memory to see if the problem is solved ... I have allocated double the maximum amount of memory that SQL server had. So far the servers have not failed, redundancy is perfectly maintained.
