WinCC script only works when I manually save the script each time

JohnNeoDyne Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	So I created a trend graph and table that contains tag information and their associated trend. I want to create a VB Script that autofills the table with the tag information such as name and comment. Currently, the script that I created only works correctly once I return to the script and save it and then return to the graphics editor. I attached the VB file. Can someone explain how I get the script to work so that the table is updated with the tag information once the trend is created?? Attachment Siemens forum.txt (231 Downloads)

In other words, you need to write the tag with a new value by a script in an event of the button, i.e. mouseclick. for example: Dim objTag Set objTag = HMIRuntime.Tags("Tag1") objTag.Read objTag.Value = objTag.Value + 1 objTag.Write Regards Georg Berghof
