Hello Ajay; I am afraid that Healthcheck's proposed link discusses WinCC diagnostics, which is not what you are asking about, if I understood your request correctly. If what you want is the contents of the PLC diagnostic buffer appearing in your WinCC project, the closest you can get to that result with WinCC v7.x uses the Report System Errors function in the PLC configuration to generate messages that are linked to different diagnostic OBs: list distributed I/O station, OB 86; programming error, OB 122.. These messages can then be read in the WinCC runtime alarms and messages.
