Hello,

I recently replaced the touch panel of a TP1900, the panel seems responsive in all the surface but the mouse pointer seems to cover a smaller part of the complete surface of the panel. It's pretty obvious I need to do a calibration.

The problem is every time I try to do a calibration, when I touch the last point I get the error:

"Touch Calibration was not successful, please repeat if necessary"

And the new calibration data is not overwritten, so I continue with the same problem the whole surface is responsive but the pointer works in a smaller section of the surface.

I tried with all different calibration methods 2x2, 3x3, 5x5 with no luck,

Is there a way to force the new calibration values? Or am I doing something wrong o missing something?

@Wizard: I did the calibration in a regular timeframe, so I think no problem with that. Ill try the OS Update

I'm having a hard time trying to get the image for panel TP1900 Comfort V2 Image Version V15.01.00.02_04.01

I found the link to download the images but couldn't find one that works with mine.

I tried with the images V15, V15 Upd. 4 and V15.1 with no luck.

I'm trying to do it from the ProSave software but I always get the same error message: "Downloading is not possible. The connected device type does not match the default device type"

Any suggestions?

Yes I tried with the images V13, V15, V15 Upd. 4 and V15.1

It is my understanding this panel is the V2 so it is only compatible with V15 and up. Actually we needed to upgrade the project to v15 as wont work with v13.
