Hello Mehdiiraee: When IO fields in an HMI screen dispaly hashtags instead of expected values, it could be (from experience) one of 3 things: - the IO Fileds are not large enough in the screen to hold the number of characters expected; I doubt that would be the case with the large number of IO fields in the screen that you show; - the PLC register addesses linked to the IO fields cpntent are not valid; again not very likely with the nimber of affected IO fields in your screen; - finally, this would happen if communication is lost between the PLC and the HMI panel. If the connection is intermittent, the IO fieleds will display hashtags and the correct values and then hashtags again... If the connection is lost permanently or not established correctly the the hashtags become a long-time display feature. Do you have any communication diagnostics in the PLC, in the diagnostic buffer for examle? And in WinCC you should look at the protocol-specific log files for details. For example: - What do the entries in the WinCC diagnostics file "SIMATIC_S7_PROTOCOL_SUITE_01.LOG" mean in the case of a connection fault? https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/16622456 Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
