WinCC 7.5 SP2 Client - "Error while opening the project: Unspecified."

michalkoszek222 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello I have issue with multi-user projeckt WinCC 7.5 SP2: -windows server 2019 -2 client's. (windows 10) They are in domain. Most of the time application works fine. But sometimes client's lost connection with server. And after restarting the client, while opening the project pop-up shows error: "Error while opening the project: Unspecified." After that server-restart help's and everything works fine again. Please for help.

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello michalkoszek222, may it possible that somebody access sometimes the WinCC Server via Remote Desktop Protocol from an other PC. This is not allowed, without the WinCC-project on the Server is running in Servicemode see FAQ: "How do you remotely access WinCC stations (WinCC V7 and WinCC Professional)?" https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/78463889 Regards Georg Berghof
