I have a problem about cnc machin  sinumerik 810 d plc s5. Middle of automatic mode during automatic tool chang these faults occure:

3000

Pls help me. I'll attach images of problem and condition of ccu's leds and faults.

According to your documentary , short circuits happened .

You must looking for about which sensors or limit switches make it .

Sometimes splashing cooling water or same reason made short circuits .
