A false window something like “No Simatic Net license” appears

Alex3110 Posts: 359 Rating: (5)	Hello, everybody ! A SCADA on WinCC 7.0 SP1 (Single User System) with officially purchased and installed licenses worked for about 5 years. But some time ago a window “Simatic Net runtime licensec heck. You do not have a license ! ….. Simatic Net Ind. Ethernet SOFTNET-S7 (Lean) v.8.1... » began to appear periodically, although nobody removed the corresponding key from this PC and no any additional SOFT had been installed. Also "Simatic License Manager" shows that this license is installed and Ok. How to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello Alex3110, if the "Ethernet SOFTNET-S7 (Lean) v.8.1" license is really requestet, you should not have more the 8 connection. You could try to move the license in the "Automation License Manager" to an other harddrive or the USB-Stick and back, to check if the licence is really OK. If it is defective, you can let restore it, see FAQ: "How do you restore defective license keys and authorizations?" https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/772175 Regards Georg Berghof

Alex3110 Posts: 359 Rating: (5)	Hi, Georg ! In my case the problem was fixed by simple restarting the PC. It operated more than 1/2 year without restart and could catch a bug. Probably the only restart of WinCC RT could also help, but I had no a time to explore the broblem.
