the message says, that the former printjob is not
yet ended.
The printjob is executet by the process "printit.exe".
It can happen, that the process "printit.exe" hangs
sometime. You can check this in the Taskmanager.
If it hangs, you could create a manual userdump from
the process.

Futhermore you should use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC) -
formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect diagnostics and
system information from the Computers.

Then create a Servicerequest, and send the data to the
Technical Support of Siemens.
