WINCC V7.4 WINDOWS 10 Server Not Available error

AutoGen_110279 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts; I have WINCC V7.4+SP1+Upd1 installed on WINDOWS 10 Pro 21H1 Operating System. I got "Server Not Available- Can not connect to server " error message when I try to create a new project. As described in web and forums I check and change the settings below. - SQL Configuration manager: SQLSERVER (WINCC) and SQLSERVER AGENT (WINCC) is runnning automatic. - Gropus: I added the groups SIMATIC HMI, SIMATIC HMI CS,SIMATIC HMI VIEWER - Windows 10 is updated a few minutes. - Reboot many times The all settings are included in the attached picture, Could any expert help me to solve this problem? bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello AutoGen_110279, WinCC V7.4 SP1 Upd.1 is not released for Windows10 Pro 21H1. You could install WinCC V7.4 SP1 Upd.18, this is released for Windows10 Pro 1909. For Windows10 Pro 21H1 you need to use WinCC V7.5 SP2. see compatibility tool https://support.industry.siemens.com/kompatool/pages/main/index.jsf?sitc=wwdfi10002 Regards Georg Berghof
