I would like to share a question and if anyone has already gone through this problem please help me.

Following. I have an application where I have a supervisory on a PC using wincc explorer exchanging data with a Siemens S7-400 PLC. everything goes well until it connects to the internet, and whether it is wi-fi or wired, the customer needs internet to use remote connection software such as team viewer or any desk to access the plant. the problem is that when you connect to the internet and you don't even need to have an open page or use remote connection software that the supervisory locks wincc explorer locks the commands are slow, when that happens it just disconnects the internet and everything works ok and detail the pc is not locked and neither is the internet.

what should I do to solve the problem, since I need internet on this PC????
