ControlHost.exe my problem in WebNavigator

To find out, what the reason for the crash is, you should use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC) - formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect diagnostics and system information from the Computers. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/65976201 Then create a Servicerequest, and send the data to the Technical Support of Siemens. fascik Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Thanks for answer. I've resloved my problem. There was a mismatch version between components/plugins: WinCC Advanced Process Control and WinCC Basic Process Control. Web Navigator reports that I have to install 7.4.1.0 (installed it and had errors), but latest version should be:7.4.1.18. So I manually download plugins (.msi files) from WinCC server and install it remotely on my machines. And now it works correctly.
